We believe your data belongs to you. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what we don't.

1. Our philosophy

Collect only what's strictly necessary. Never build a business model around user data. No analytics platforms, no data sales, no AI training on your content.

2. What we collect

We collect the minimum required to make our apps work:

• Crash & performance data — anonymous, no personal info, no content. Retained 90 days then deleted.
• App Store purchase info — as provided by Apple at time of purchase. Retained while subscription is active, plus 30 days.
• Support correspondence — your name, email, and message. Retained up to 24 months. Delete anytime by emailing hello@cobblestech.com.
• Website cookies — functional only (no advertising or tracking cookies). Session or up to 30 days.

3. What we don't collect

• Receipts, photos, or any content you create (stored locally on your device only)
• Precise location data
• Contacts or calendars
• Browsing or usage patterns beyond basic crash reporting
• Device identifiers for advertising
• Any data to train machine learning models
• Personal data for marketing or advertising

4. Data storage & security

Data we hold is stored in encrypted form on secure servers. We follow industry-standard security practices. If a breach occurs affecting your data, we will notify you (and any required regulator) promptly in accordance with applicable law.

5. Third parties

• Apple — processes all App Store purchases and subscriptions
• Email provider — to deliver our support responses
• Law enforcement — when legally required by valid court order or subpoena

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with any other third parties, including advertisers or data brokers.

6. Children's privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us at hello@cobblestech.com and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your data
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format

To exercise any rights, email hello@cobblestech.com. We respond within 30 days. EU/EEA residents additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

8. International transfers

Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers are located. We take appropriate safeguards for any such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required by applicable law.

9. Data retention & website tracking

We retain data only as long as necessary. Crash data: 90 days. Support correspondence: up to 24 months. Our website uses only functional, non-tracking cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective" date. Continued use of our Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
